SJAD performed at the first ever Dance Proms at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 13th November 2011.
They danced 'The Boy Does Nothing' & 'Why Don't You'
Only 25 acts were chosen from all over the uk. I am so proud to have had 2 pieces of original choreography chosen to perform at this event & SJAD you were amazing.

English Youth Ballet presents a dazzling, colourful and appealing interpretation of the famous Nutcracker ballet, featuring an impressive cast of six professional principal dancers in the leading roles backed up by 100 young local talented dancers.
PAD & SJAD STUDENTS HIT DISNEYLAND PARIS OVER OCT HALF TERM 2010
Congratulations to PAD & SJAD who performed at Disney.
Early on Wednesday morning 3 coaches were filled with families & students from PAD & SJAD & we all set off from Petersfield & Southampton for Paris. You can imagine the excitement as we all arrived at the hotel! On the Thursday children, teachers & chaperones made our way to the Fantasy Festival Theatre in Fantasyland Disney, where they performed. The Theatre was packed with visitors & everyone gave a brilliant performance. The Disney Organizers were very impressed with the show they put on, Go PAD & SJAD :-)
After the performance everyone was free to enjoy themselves with their families in the park.
Some of the older students have now even become street performers! battling break dancers in the Disney Village...........haha
On Saturday morning we all left Paris for our trip home :-(
Thank you to Miss Hayley, my Mum, Laura Bristow, Miss Sally, Miss Michelle, Sarah W, Mandy B & Kerry who all made everything run smoothly back stage, Rory who recorded the music for us & Dylan for editing the music. Thank you to all the kids for being so professional & thank you everyone for coming. I hope you all had a wonderful time & now have lots of special memories........
